梅季節の香りVol.77 : ピオーネ(葡萄)】

桃山生地で 旬の果物ピオーネを丸ごと包んで焼いてみました♡ 香ばしくて甘酸っぱくて…この季節ならではの美味しさ♪ 形もトトロみたいで可愛い〜♡

 

Momoyama is Japanese sweet.

It is made from white bean jam, eggs, powder of rice cake and baked all these ingredients.

I cooked the sweets which I wrapped a raw grapes in Momoyama and baked. It is the taste of only autumn.
