こぼれ梅Kobore-Ume〜蒸し羊羹かるかん重ね Karukan-kasane

1年で最も寒さの厳しい季節に咲く梅の花。雪に散る花はひときわ鮮やかに春の訪れを知らせてくれます。

そんな景色を表したお菓子を作ってみました。梅酒漬けした蜜梅を散りばめた蒸し羊羹に かるかんを重ね蒸ししたら甘酸っぱい春の味に♫

The flower of the plum blooms in most cold season of one year. The flowers scattered on snow are very bright, and tell us coming of spring.

I made the sweets which expressed scenery of winter. Flavor of plum fit various drinks.
