春待ち花(ミニチョコ最中×羊羹)~羊羹Yokan

殺風景な冬景色の中にも少しずつ春の色が加わり始め、何だか嬉しい気分♫

少しずつ冬から春へ移りゆく風景を表したお菓子を作ってみたくなりました。

チョココーティングした最中にミニ羊羹(紅茶、きな粉、薔薇)をトッピング。

最中や きな粉などの香ばしさに 時々オレンジやバラの甘酸っぱさが混じり、春への思いが募ります♡

バレンタインにも良いかな?

 

Some spring flowers have begun to bloom in winter scene …I feel slightly glad to see that. So I cooked the sweets which expressed the scenery which changed little by little from winter to spring. I put small yokan(Japanese agar sweets) flavoed with soybeans-powder, tea and rose on the Monaka( rice crackers) coated with chocolate. You can enjoy refreshing spring flavor (rose and orange-peel) and winter flavor(soybeans powder and tea).
