蠟梅ロウバイ(湯葉の錦玉羹)~錦玉羹Kingyokukan

梅の花が見頃の様です。

とかく鮮やかな紅白梅に目が行きがちですが 黄色い蠟梅もなかなか素敵❤︎

リボン状に切った湯葉を寒天に散りばめ青空に咲く黄色い蠟梅の花を表してみました。

小枝に見立て 皿に描いた生姜入り黒蜜と一緒にどうぞ♫

コクがありまろやかな風味の湯葉は和菓子に使っても美味です❤︎

The flowers of the plum are in full bloom. The bright red-and-white plum is good, but the yellow flower of winter sweet is also attractive. I cooked the sweet which expressed the senery of blooming winter sweet. I inlaid dried bean curds into agar liquid. Please enjoy it with brownsugar & ginger syrup which I drew like twigs on the dish.
